REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

Exchanges are available only for non-custom items with prior approval. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Email endlesslytrendy@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request. Please wait for approval and instructions before returning anything.

Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs for approved exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using tracked shipping.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items made with your requested names, wording, photos, artwork, logos, colors, or other custom specifications.

Please double-check spelling, sizes, selections, and any design proof before approving production.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or we made an error, email endlesslytrendy@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and help resolve it.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Requests are subject to review and do not guarantee a refund.
